In appearance, our two semi-detached houses are one. In reality, they are independent and perfect to accommodate several families who will be able to meet in the large communal garden, nicely planted with trees and not overlooked. The access to the summer kitchen with barbecue, common to both houses, is through the garden. The property is protected by a gate and the garden is enclosed. Both houses, facing south, offer a beautiful light. The terraces equipped for your summer meals offer an awning to protect you from the sun. The environment is very quiet. The access to the beach is very easy through the forest. Bicycle paths are just a few meters away. You can easily reach the center of Saint-Georges-d'Oléron by the marshes or Boyardville by the forest.
